Contact and Support

Order questions belong to Amazon. Questions about the tire itself usually come down to two numbers you already have: what the casing says, and what the machine can clear. Pick the door that matches yours.

About an order

Amazon Orders Go Through Amazon

Everything from checkout to refund stays with Amazon on an Amazon order, and its order page is the fastest way in because the purchase history is already attached. That covers:

  • Order status and delivery
  • Returns and refunds
  • Payment and billing
  • Tires damaged in transit
  • Missing items from a shipment
  • Complaints about a seller

This site sells nothing and ships nothing, so it cannot look up an order, change an address or issue a refund.

About the tire

Check Two Things First

The casing carries the size, the ply rating and the rotation direction of the tire in front of you. The machine sets the rest: factory tire size, wheel diameter and offset, and the room the suspension has at full compression and full lock. Between them, most fitment questions answer themselves.

Unsure whether a size clears without a lift? A powersports shop that fits mud tires every week can measure the machine in a few minutes, and the same visit covers mounting a heavy bias casing properly.

High Lifter Products

High Lifter designed and built the Outlaw 2 from Shreveport, Louisiana. Corporate, warranty and media inquiries about the tire itself go to the manufacturer. Anything to do with a purchase, a delivery or a refund stays with Amazon, since that is where the order lives.

A tire fitted as original equipment on a Polaris High Lifter Edition machine is a Polaris part as well, so a warranty question there usually starts with the vehicle-specific part number rather than the aftermarket OL2 number. Note the size and part number from the casing before the old set comes off.
